Serve Opportunities
Sunday Morning Service Teams
We rely on multiple teams for the success of our Sunday Morning Services here at Creekside Church. Please consider serving our church family in one or more of these teams, and join us in being the hands and feet of Christ.
Parking Team
The Parking Team gives guests a positive first and last impression as they arrive and exit by providing clear directions for a safe and efficient parking experience.
Tram Drivers
Give guests a genuinely welcoming experience as you transport them safely to and from the church.
Connection Team
This team welcomes guests by answering questions and providing resources and information about our Sunday services, life groups and any of our gatherings throughout the month.
Sunday Morning Coffee
This dedicated team handles both our hot coffee and our own unique blend of cold brew coffee. We have many different roles for people to assist in this area including coffee prep, mixing and serving, washing dishes, and cleanup after the final service.
Greeters
Help us welcome those coming to church by holding the doors, directing people to where they need to go and just being a friendly face.
Hospitality Team
A core value at Creekside is creating a sense of community. Much of the time spent in community is through gatherings where a warm and welcoming environment is provided. This group of servants facilitates the organization and service of food and refreshments for Sunday mornings and church events.
Creekside Kids Check-In
The Check-In Team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in all Creekside Kids areas.
Creekside Kids
This vital ministry invests in the lives of children who are birth through fifth grade by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, Small Groups, prayer, and games.
Ushers
This team provides a welcoming experience by assisting the congregation with seating inside the Worship Center, along with serving the Lord's Table, and helping the Signal & Medical teams in the Worship Center.
Creekside Worship: Band
Creekside's Band facilitates genuine Christ-Centered worship through utilizing the creative talents and skills of our volunteers.
Creekside Worship: Production
The Production Team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, graphic design, and audio engineering. Not only does this team work on Sunday mornings, but Creekside hosts multiple events during the week along with larger special events, like weddings, which need technical support.
Signal Team
Assists in the event of a situation requiring the skill sets of those trained in safety protocol.
Medical Team
The Medical Response Team uses their gifts and professional training to meet basic first-aid needs at weekend services.
Lock-Up Team
This simple but critical team ensures our facilities are locked up each day as our property is not only used on Sunday mornings, but every day of the week.
Weekly & Special Event Service Teams
We are blessed to have a facility that can be used throughout the week for life groups, office work, meetings, weddings, midweek services, etc. Help us serve our church and community!
Camp Creekside
Providing fun and engaging activities through recreation, craft, bible story time to encourage our children to grow in and share their faith. Camp Creekside is held on Wednesday nights during the school year for children ages birth through 5th grade.
Student Ministry
The Student Ministry invests in the lives of middle school and high school students through teaching at Midweek services, discipleship in small groups, outreach events and much more. Our goal is that every student can articulate the gospel in their own words, knows how to read the bible on their own, understands that living on mission is a lifestyle, not an event, and believes that community is essential.
The Creek - College Ministry
Jump in and help serve our college students on Tuesday nights through worship, teaching, small group discipleship, and outreach projects. Our areas of need include set up & tear down, small group leaders and a shepherd / mentor role outside of Tuesday nights.
Life Group Leaders
Community is at the core of who we are as a church and Life Groups help to facilitate biblical community. We are always in need of new life group leaders who would be willing to help lead a life group.
Life Group Host
If you are willing to host a Life Group at your home with prepared materials from the church leadership or another leader, let us know. We have multiple Life Groups that need a space to meet.
Office Volunteers
The office volunteers play a vital role in the day-to-day needs of our church. Volunteers on this team would be coming in during the week to ensure bulletins are printed, prayer cards are stocked, phones are answered, and a number of other responsibilities where we could use a few extra hands.
Cleaning Team
The Cleaning Team maintains the cleanliness of our church building, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all who attend. This team of volunteers commits to cleaning the church for three hours once every six weeks.
Cooking Team
Creekside offers a meal to those who attend on Tuesday nights and Wednesday nights. These team members need to be comfortable on the grill and willing to help cook for a variety of church events. The food is provided we just need willing servants to cook.
Facilities Team
The Facilities Team helps to create a distraction-free environment by working behind-the-scenes to maintain excellence in every area of our church. This includes a willingness to pressure wash, touch up paint, trim trees and a variety of other needs geared toward maintaining our wonderful facility.
Finance Team
The Finance Team offers opportunities for many different gifting and skill sets. From counting teams, to data entry, and serving on an advisory board, there are many areas in which one can serve.
Set Up/Tear Down
The Set-Up/Tear-Down Team helps transform spaces for a variety of events and meetings we hold both on Sunday mornings and throughout the week.
Missions & Local Outreach
Help plan missions trips, local service projects, serving opportunities with our local partners, etc. Directly impact our local and international church family.
Hospital Visitation Team
Help us bring encouragement and the love of Christ to our church family members who are in the hospital.
